The talk aims to educate people about Ayurveda’s main principles, which is to achieve physical and mental harmony in alignment with our true natural state.

Marriott International is celebrating Pride Month with a full-day festival at W Bangkok called ‘Love out Loud’ (poster pictured above) The event will feature a series of panel discussions on key LGBTQ+ topics, a mini concert, drag performances, DJ sets, rainbow-themed sweet and savoury snacks, and a charity raffle.
