Chef Kenny Chang heads this new Chinese restaurant fusing authentic Cantonese flavours with a modern chic design. With Phuket’s rich Chinese influence dating all the way back to the 16th century, Yue Restaurant & Bar – derived from ‘yue’ which means Chinese for happiness – honours and pays homage to the legacy of the settlers who shaped the island’s architecture and cuisine. The restaurant offers its patrons a mix of social booth-style seating, intimate tables, and three private dining rooms all decorated with a dragon-inspired design. Now serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant makes handmade dim sum, premium teas, and signature menu items like Yue sichuan lobster and golden peach gum longan jelly.
