Accompaniments such as Yakhnī Pulao, Guchhi Pulao, Olive and Tomato Missi Roti, and Burani Raita complete the experience, before concluding on a sweet note with Carrot Halwa and Blueberry Crémeux.

Founded by childhood friends Amit Bagga and Raghav Jaggi, the grandson of Kundan Lal Jaggi, inventor of Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani, Daryaganj brings a legacy of post-partition Indian cuisine to Bangkok. The Diwali Tasting Menu reflects that heritage, remaining timeless yet relevant, familiar yet inventive, and celebrating the art of gathering around food that tells a story.

Available from 17 to 31 October 2025, the Diwali Tasting Menu invites guests to discover the legacy of Daryaganj through dishes that honour tradition and reimagine it for today.
