January 1

Today and for the rest of the month, the fine dining experience at Akira Back Restaurant and Bar of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park will be elevated with the introduction of Black winter truffles to a series of dishes. January 8

If you’re an Asian woman interested in boosting your knowledge in valuation and finance, AWR Lloyd is partnering with A. Stotz to sponsor a scholarship programme for 25 Asian women through the ‘Valuation Master Class Boot Camp’ starting today. The Asian Women in Valuation scholarship is powered by AWR Lloyd, which was ranked 1st by Vault for Women and Minorities in the Asia-Pacific consulting sector in 2023, and aims to empower women to master company valuation and enter the workforce at higher levels of responsibility and pay. One of Bangkok’s largest fundraisers is back, attracting over 1,000 visitors from the community in order to raise funds for student-driving initiatives. The KIS Community Fair, held at KIS International School, will be hosting a day filled with live music, international food vendors, family-friendly activities, games, and crafts, as well as product vendors, which include books, toys, games, clothing, gifts, and more.
