From today until Sunday 24th March, Pattaya is celebrating the Pattaya Holi Festival 2024 on Pattaya Beach Road, in a bid for the city to solidify Thai and Indian relations, enhance cultural knowledge, boost tourism, and honour the Indian diaspora. This will be the 2nd edition of the Holi festivities, and, drawing on both the “Amazing Thailand” and “Incredible India” concepts from both nations, it’s sure to include vibrant celebrations, delicious food, and plenty of fun to be had for the whole family.

Bangkokians’ favourite party boat, Bangkok Island, is once again celebrating the Festival of Colours, Love and Spring with their annual Holi Festival Boat Party. Expect an array of Indian culinary delicacies; live music and entertainment, including dhol drummers; spectacular sunset views as you cruise down the Chao Phraya River; and of course, an opportunity to greet the beginning of spring with some cheeky fun with coloured powders. There will also be VIP packages available, including
access to a VIP room.

Today, the Indian Women’s Club is hosting a Holi Festival of Love and Bonding at Holli Bolli Rooftop Bar, perched on top of the Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit in Sukhumvit Soi 13. The community celebration promises plenty of fun, music, water splashing, and a delicious spread of food, as well as a live DJ, so make sure to bring your dancing shoes!
Time: 3pm to 7pm

For those of us who’ve cried over The Lion King (1994) soundtrack or whose feet begin to tap when we hear the opening riff of the theme from Pirates of the Carribean (2003), make sure to buy these tickets before they’re snapped up! The RBSO 2024: Hollywood Soundtracks by Hans Zimmer will feature orchestral renditions of the preeminent Hans Zimmer’s most famous compositions, courtesy of the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra and held at the Main Hall of the Thailand Cultural Centre. If you’re hoping for the chance to do something cultured for the evening, don’t miss out!
