The event begins with a Latin dance class led by Apple Busakorn at 11:30 hrs., offering guests a fun and interactive warm-up to the afternoon. The atmosphere continues to build as DJ Henry Knowles takes over from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs., filling the restaurant with dynamic Salsa and Latin beats that set the tone for a festive and uplifting dining experience.

Priced at THB 1,199++ per person, the Cubano Sunday Brunch includes a welcome Margarita or Mojito, along with free-flow soft drinks and a 45-minute Latin class, ensuring exceptional value and an all-around immersive experience.

The menu highlights a curated selection of Latin favourites such as freshly prepared guacamole, handcrafted tacos, vibrant ceviche, chilled seafood, including Fin de Claire oysters and citrus-poached shrimp, as well as carved citrus-roasted pork loin, sticky pork ribs, grilled rock lobster, and comforting Latin braised chicken.
