A new rice alternative, two beer haunts, and more!

New Rice Alternative
Officially launching earlier this year, EATVOLUTION is dedicated to providing you with a high-protein, low-carb rice alternative. Their signature chickpea rice contains chickpeas, great northern beans, golden flaxseed, and pea protein – all ingredients which promote a healthy gut biome and have beneficial antioxidants. Additionally, their website offers a cookbook for dishes you can make with their chickpea rice, including chickpea poke bowls and onigiri. You can order their chickpea rice now on Lazada and Instagram, or find them in stores around town. Instagram: @eatvolution.official

New Grocery Store Location

Vivin Grocery says goodbye to their Ekkamai location, relocating to the 2nd floor of the Nihomura Mall in Thonglor 13. Known for their charcuterie, cheeses, and wines, Vivin has a large selection of organic gourmet products, ranging from essentials to homemade goodies. After their soft opening last week, Vivin Grocery and Bistro now offers a marble bar area for their patrons, as they begin rolling out their ‘shelf to plate’ menu featuring jambron-fromage sandwiches and fluffy omelettes. New Craft Beer Bar

Hazy Hound, Thong Lo Soi 10’s latest bar is now open, serving 12 craft beers on tap alongside some tasty bar treats. Co-owned by the same minds who brought you Beast & Butter, expect a plethora of tasty bar foods, including truffle fries, chicken wings, fried corn, and pepperoni pizzas. With IPAs from West Coast USA, Scotland, and the UK, as well as Stouts and Sour Ales from Australia, Hazy Hound is sure to cater to your unique palette. P.S. it’s pet friendly! New Taproom

Started by three Bur(mese) men and a Brit, Burbrit is a new taproom on Sukhumvit Soi 22 on the ground floor of the Holiday Inn Hotel. With this being their first branch in Thailand, Burbrit hopes to introduce Bangkokians to the delights of Myanmar’s finest beers, with six on tap and more on the way. With an indoor area, patio, and large projector, this is sure to be a great spot to drink and dine. The bar also has stylings which resemble a British pub, with retro posters and high ceilings. Make sure to take advantage of their new Oktoberfest specials with German beers and crispy pork knuckle now available. Facebook: Burbrit Taprooms Thailand
