Ever since the global pandemic hit in early 2020, the fitness industry has grown more than ever. With the on and off lockdowns all over the world, people started working out more at home to find a new hobby, to kill time, to become healthier, or finally lose the extra weight they put on. They’ve been turning to Instagram, Youtube, TikTok or other social media platforms to find motivation, or some workouts they can follow.
