Rangoon Tea House launches its new Biryani Brunch series with a special first collaboration alongside JHOL. For this inaugural edition, Chef Honey Rae Zenang welcomes Chef Spandan Majumder to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Myanmar and India through two distinctive biryanis, generous shared plates and vibrant family-style dining.

Designed as a relaxed and social Sunday experience, the brunch will feature a collaborative menu created by both restaurant teams. Rather than presenting separate dishes from each restaurant, the menu brings together Rangoon Tea House and JHOL’s respective culinary identities through small plates, biryani, condiments, and dessert.

Guests can look forward to playful dishes such as Burma Bhel with puffed rice, pomelo, and tamarind chutney; Muska Bun (space bun) with potato brioche, tea leaf butter, and pav bhaji butter; Prawn Balachung with banana stem pachadi and jaggery reduction; and Mutton Laphet with pulled mutton, fermented tea leaf, and Malabar parotta. An add-on, R.F.C. — Rangoon Fried Chicken, will also be available, featuring noni leaf-stuffed wings with JHOL hot sauce at 180 THB.

The biryani selection will include RTH Chicken Biryani, served with balachaung, fermented cabbage salad, and mango chutney, alongside JHOL Andhra Biryani, available with jackfruit or mutton and served with shishito salan, pomegranate raita, and coconut chammanthi. Dessert brings both culinary worlds together with Tender Coconut Payasam served with falooda, peanut butter ice cream, and sesame crisp.

The food package is priced at THB 690++ per person, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available separately.

Guests can also enjoy a 90-minute free-flow drinks package at THB 999++, including beer, wine, and a selection of five signature highballs. Alternatively, the Choose Your Three package at THB 550++ allows guests to select any three drinks from beer, white wine, red wine, sparkling wine, and signature highballs. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available à la carte.
