NILA Presents an Exclusive Signature Cocktail Night

On 14 March 2025, NILA invited guests to a Signature Cocktail Night, a celebration of flavours and creativity in mixology. Taking place at NILA, 4th floor, Amari Bangkok, this event highlights Indian coastal influences through carefully crafted cocktails. The menu features unique drinks inspired by India’s diverse regions, including:

• Sambar Agave – Pistola Joven Tequila, Assam Tea, Sambar, Lime Honey & Cardamom Cordial

Uplifting and Energising: A highball drink designed to awaken the senses using herbal infusion and a touch of Sambar, a quintessential powder used in South Indian culinary.

• Samudra Spark – Hapusa Gin, Tropical Yoghurt Clarify, Sparkling Wine

Delicate and Romantic: A cocktail offering a luxurious, delicate fizz with a light tropical finish on your palate.

• NILA Sour – Stranger & Sons Brown Butter, apple, lemon, rose and lychee perfume

Sweet and Sour: Inspired by the essence of blooming gardens, this cocktail highlights delicate floral, fruity, and buttery notes with an airy texture.

• Malabar Old Fashioned – Toasted sesame vanilla Bulleit Bourbon, ghee-washed Cognac, tamarind, Kashmiri Bitter

Intense and Dramatic: A spirit-forward drink that commands attention, incorporating a complex blend of spices used on the Malabar Coast.

For those who prefer a lighter drink, special highballs and non-alcoholic options will also be available, combining tropical fruits, fragrant spices, and handcrafted infusions.

A Taste of Coastal India

Beyond the cocktails, NILA’s Signature Cocktail Night brings the essence of India’s coastal regions to Bangkok. Key ingredients are sourced from different parts of India, including Stranger & Sons Gin from Goa, Kashmiri Bitter, Maharashtrian Sambar Powder, and tropical fruits from Kerala. Each drink tells a story, blending traditional flavours with modern techniques.
