Stella Bar at Capella Bangkok invites guests on a spirited journey through Vietnam’s dynamic cocktail scene with Spirits of Vietnam, an exclusive one-night-only guest shift on Thursday, 9 July 2026, from 8:00 PM to Midnight.

For one evening, Stella Bar will welcome two of Vietnam’s most exciting bartending talents: Jimmy Nguyen of Raw + Atelier, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hieu Enzo of Half Half Cocktail, Da Nang. Renowned for their creativity, craftsmanship and modern approach to Vietnamese flavours, the duo will bring their signature cocktail artistry to Bangkok through a specially curated menu inspired by the rich cultural and culinary heritage of Vietnam.

Guests can look forward to an immersive evening featuring innovative cocktails crafted with local ingredients, distinctive regional influences and contemporary techniques, accompanied by a selection of Vietnamese-inspired bar bites designed to complement each creation. Together, the experience offers a fresh and sophisticated expression of Vietnam’s evolving drinking culture and the new generation of mixologists shaping its future.
