Come March, there’s always a festive spirit in the air courtesy of Holi. The lovely ladies of the BWC were among the first to usher it in this year with a bash that ticked all the right boxes. While DJ Sagar was in charge of keeping the energy up on deck duties, the event had over 10 stalls on display across categories ranging from food and jewellery to home decor. Enterprising guests were spotted hobnobbing with each other as they tucked into delectable bite-sized nibbles, signature Indian favourites, and free-flowing tipples at the event. The Bangkok Women’s Club, co-founded by Sonal Nalwaya and Juhi Dugar, along with their friends Lavisha Bhagnani, Shefali Saboo, Yamini Bhansali, working in tandem as a core committee that’s steadfast in its pursuit of becoming the voice of the new-age woman in Bangkok, besides serving as a trusted platform for enterprising women to network, grow, and learn while having fun at the same time.
Juhi Dugar, Founder of Juhi Dugar Design Collective and Sonal Nalwaya, CIO and Founder of Shini Software Solution Company Ltd. and Co-Founder of BWC, thoughtfully responded to the event’s cheerful atmosphere: “We decided to get together to spread some festive cheer by celebrating one of the most loved Indian festivals among a diverse bunch of nationalities while providing a leeway and platform for women entrepreneurs and vendors to promote their brands.”
