At the heart of French dining in Bangkok, Colette Bangkok seamlessly blends into the glittering lifestyle of Bangkok’s movers and shakers, whether it is weekend brunches, cosy date nights, or a round of after-work drinks.
Keeping the dining scene fresh, Colette Bangkok officially unveils Les Amis de Colette: La Série, a brand-new collaborative series which celebrates the hospitality scene in Bangkok. It serves to spotlight friendships, creativity, and the people behind great hospitality.
Launching the series is "Naples on the Terrace," a one-night-only collaboration between Colette Bangkok and L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele Bangkok. The collaboration will bring together French bistro classics and beloved Neapolitan favourites under one roof.
On 21 August 2026, from 6 PM to 10:30 PM, Chef Jonas de Lorenzo brings the flavours of Naples for a special one-night-only menu created in tandem with Chef Chris Beverley and the Colette team.
The menu will feature Da Michele’s classic Margherita and Napoletana pizzas, fresh from the pizza oven on the terrace.
Additionally, the evening will also showcase Colette signatures and exclusive dishes like Lobster & Salmon Ravioli and Wagyu Tenderloin.
Transforming the atmosphere into an osteria in the back alleys of Naples, Naples-born DJ Joe Cola will provide the backing soundtrack of the evening from 6 PM to 9 PM.
