This weekend, tuck into Bangkok’s largest izakaya-style buffet selection.

Zuma, the city’s favourite upscale Japanese izakaya that’s located on the ground floor of The St. Regis Bangkok, is launching their globally renowned Sunday Brunch this Easter weekend with a two-day feast. On the 3rd and 4th of April and every Sunday thereafter, the restaurant will transform into a foodies dream.

The sushi counter and traditional robata will be dishing up free-flow Japanese fare, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, salads, and grilled items. Guests can also choose their own main course from a selection of signature favourites, such as the Spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, Teriyaki salmon fillet with sliced pickled cucumber, Spiced lamb cutlets with Hatcho miso, and Chilli marinated chicken thigh with barley miso. Of course, the experience would not be complete without a sweet ending, comprising of an array of seasonal Japanese fruits, desserts, and ice cream.

The brunch will be served between 11am and 3pm and guests can choose between three different beverage packages: The Signature (THB 2,180 per person), inclusive of food and soft drinks; Deluxe (THB 3,180 per person), inclusive of food, wine, beer, and Bottega Prosecco; and Premium (THB 4,180 per person), inclusive of food, wine, sake, beer and Bollinger Cuvee Champagne. Children between the ages of 4 and 10 can enjoy the brunch for THB 1,080 per child, and can also tuck into a designated kids’ menu, featuring mains like Hot udon chicken noodles. Little ones 3 or younger eat for free.

Moreover, celebrations continue at Zuma every Saturday night with their speical Yashoku – Bangkok’s only Party Night Brunch, designed for guests to unwind from the week and kick off the weekend in style (prices start at THB 1,600 per person). Yashoku, which translates to ‘midnight snack’ in Japanese, includes Zuma’s best dishes and top-shelf drinks, to be enjoyed in sophisticated party atmosphere with luxurious flair, and partygoers can dance the night away to soundtracks executed by resident DJ and guest performers until late.
