Led by Felipe Gotor, the general manager of Eastin Hotel Makkasan Bangkok, the event kicked-off on the 17th of May 2018 with many guests of honor, tour operators, corporate guests and media representatives in attendance to enjoy the night’s festivities.
Experience the unmistakable and irresistible taste of the authentic Indian cuisine of Uttrakhand, home of India’s celebrated master chef, Manoj Singh, with enticing dishes that include Tamatar Dhaniya Ka Shorba, Namak Paare, Aloo Anar Ki Chat, Hara Bhara Kabab & Methi Mirch Ka Paneer Tikka, Dal Makhani, Palak Paneer, Subzi Panchimel, Malvani Prawn Curry, Murg makhanwala, Gosht Ki Kofta Curry, Gajjar Ka Halwa and Shahi Tukda.
Chef Manoj is the Chef de partie at one of our sister hotels, U Tropicana Alibaug. Hailing from the land of Uttrakhand, home to some of India’s most acclaimed chefs, he holds a strong culinary resume with a career spanning over 10 years. Chef Manoj brings with him a plethora of knowledge and luxury culinary experience of traditional Indian cuisine.
The ‘Indian Indulgence Food Festival’ will serve a buffet of Indian and International cuisines including seafood on ice and much more. Priced at THB 999 net per person, the festival will be available on Fridays and Saturdays from 18.30 – 22.00 hrs. at The Glass House Restaurant, Eastin Hotel Makkasan Bangkok.
