Head to Goji Kitchen + Bar at the sprawling Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Bangkok, where you can savour the flavours of Mexico at their Cinco de Mayo Food Festival. Alongside its famed international buffet, the restaurant’s chefs will be cooking up an assortment of authentic Mexican delicacies, including a dedicated Taco Bar with your choice of soft or hard taco shells and a variety of fillings; as well as specialised drinks such as the Mexican rice-based favourite, horchata. This interactive feast is sure to be a hit with the whole family, so make sure to book ahead to enjoy a delicious spread and free-flow Margarita cocktails.

Head to Sukhumvit Soi 11’s famed Japanese-Peruvian rooftop, Above Eleven, for an unforgettable Mexican rooftop fiesta. Expect delicious and traditional Mexican food, hot Latin House beats courtesy of DJ Ron Jameson, and four delicious cocktails created for the occasion and featuring tequila and mezcal, courtesy of the bar’s expert mixologists. Afterwards, carry on the celebrations at the eminently popular Havana Social, where you can dance to Latin beats all night long.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style at Latin-American restaurant GUILTY, in the luxe Anantara Siam Bangkok, which invites “hedonists and pleasure seekers” to sample their reinterpreted Mexican classics. The menu will be sure to leave you replete, with tempting fare such as Crispy corn tortillas with prawns or tuna, and Barbacoa Wagyu beef tostadas as well as options for vegetarians, such as their Beetroot aguachile. There will also be craft cocktails designed to complement GUILTY’s Latin American theme. The event will feature a live mariachi band and colourful costumes, so make sure to wear your most vibrant outfits!

Mexicano Restaurante Autentico at the Rembrandt Hotel & Suites is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a buffet featuring all-you-can-eat tacos as well as their usual Mexican favourites. The event will also feature a live band and salsa performances by local talent.
