Weekends just got better with the launch of the Brewski Sport Bar all-you-can-eat Saturday Roast, accompanied by the bar’s renowned craft beer taps.
There aren’t many things that can beat an English roast done right. Traditionally served on Sunday, this hallmark of British culture consists of succulent roast beef with roast potatoes, accompanied by Yorkshire pudding, gravy and stuffing.
While this classic meal can be found at many local pubs throughout the city, Brewski Sport Bar is among the first to refresh this trend, offering an all-you-can-eat Saturday roast for only B349 per person.
Perched on the 29th floor of Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok, just below Brewski, the city’s highest rooftop craft beer bar, the pub is a sophisticated getaway, offering sweeping panoramic views of the city through glass-to-ceiling windows, making it an ideal destination for an evening out.
The décor is modern with vintage furnishings. The chic, LED-lit bar dominates the space, while screens are strategically placed around the room, so no matter where you sit, you have a great view of the latest international sports tournaments broadcasted live, including all the Premier League games.
From 5pm until 8pm, guests can help themselves to the unlimited Saturday Roast, before taking a seat at one of the cosy areas in the main dining hall. For those who prefer more spacious arrangements should opt for Brewski Sport Bar’s private room can be booked free of charge, on a first come, first served basis.
Already renowned for their extensive menu of brews, Brewski Sport Bar is now set to make their mark on Bangkok’s dining scene.
Expect nothing less than the highest quality English roast, with preparations led by British Executive Chef Nicolas Van Riemsdijk to ensure complete authenticity.
At the live carvery station, guests will find a sumptuous cut of Rare roast strip loin of beef, best paired with horseradish mustard and a rich, flavourful gravy, as well as a Roasted loin of pork with crackling skin, served with apple sauce. The tender meat provides a melt-in-your-mouth sensation, while the accompanying roasted potatoes and baby carrots add balance to the succulent flavours. There are four types of mustard so you have the luxury to customise your plate as you wish.
Of course, it is not a proper roast without Yorkshire pudding, and Brewski’s version does not disappoint; it is light and airy, with just the right amount of golden brown crisp on the exterior.
For the sides, diners can help themselves to an aromatic Sage and onion stuffing, along with a decadent Cauliflower cheese, a baked dish that is both rich and comforting.
To top it all off is the Apple crumble and custard, a classic British dessert guaranteed a crowd-pleaser with its tart apple and cinnamon-spiced flavours.
Brewski Sport Bar offers six taps serving both local and international craft beer at the outlet itself, but patrons can easily order a drink from the larger upstairs menu. To make the most out of your Saturday Roast, go with the free-flow Asahi and Singha beer options, available from 7pm to 10pm at B399 net.
